Our name (dbelectronics) has been used by spam monsters now for quite
some time. I have spent countless hours attempting to stop the
unauthorized use of our name with very limited success. If you came
here due to receiving an unwanted email from dbelectronics.com I am
truly sorry, it is nothing I have any control over. Small businesses
such as mine are used by these criminals because they know
that I
don't have the time or resources to track them down and prosecute their
ISP for allowing their unauthorized use of my business name. You don't
see unwanted emails as coming from Large Corporations because the
spammers know they have the power to eliminate them and the offending
ISP if they use their name unlawfully. So they pick on small companies
like mine. As best I can tell the real problem is not the criminals who
send these unwanted emails, but the ISP Community who are more
interested in advertising that they have Spam Filters than they are in
stopping the prolifereation of unwanted emails. All that is
necessary to stop this is to place a limit on outgoing emails without
preapproved permission. How simple can that be? PLACE

NUMBER LIMIT ON OUTGOING AND REQUIRE ANYONE WHO EXCEEDS THAT LIMIT TO
LOG IN AND AUTHORIZE WHENEVER THAT LIMIT IS EXCEEDED!! HOW
HARD
CAN THAT BE?
